Airport Divestments

Spyglass Solutions were first engaged on the buyer side by the largest Airport group in the UK to complete pre-sale due diligence and develop a plan to separate the IT for the 2nd busiest airport in the UK.  

This involved over 130 shared business and operational systems that we required to be separated.

We successfully managing the pre and post sale separation activities for  this airport and subsequently were engaged to manage the IT separation of a further 5 airports from the group over the following 6 years.

This involved managing complex stakeholder groups including the customer shareholders and Board Directors, the divested airport buyers and senior teams and Multiple 3rd Party delivery partners.
