Airport Management System Procurement

We were engaged by the airport to assist in developing the Business Case, Business Requirements and RFP documentation to support the tender process to replace the Chroma Product Suite.

We have extensive knowledge and experience in the airport management system market and detailed knowledge of the airport processes. As these systems are often in place for more than 10 years, they required up to date knowledge and support in creating their OJEU tender.

Using our knowledge, experience and standard tools and techniques we:

• Completed a detailed business appraisal and market engagement exercise and developed functional and non-functional requirements

• Developed and managed the end to end RFP process to determine a preferred supplier
   
• Developed the overall programme business case for approval by the Board
   
•  Completed contract negotiations with successful bidders
