We were engaged to manage the the full lifecycle programme to implement a new operating model for one of the worlds busiest airports IT departments including the organisational design of the internal teams and how it procured services from it's key suppliers, and critically how these combined and were packaged to deliver the end user (or colleague) experience that was required.
